Tariffs are quoted in US Dollars
and include VAT (Value Added Tax) and Tourism Levy. We reserve the
right to automatically increase the rates without prior notice due
to fluctuations in statutory taxes or tourism levies.
Tariffs include:
- Luxury accommodation
- Game drives and interpretive bush walks
- 5-star cuisine
- Snacks on game drives
- Transfers to Nitani
- Special Interest Lectures
- Star gazing through a computerized telescope
- Tea and coffee
Tariffs exclude:
- Telephone calls
- Curio shop purchases
- All Wellness Centre treatments
- All beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- Gratuities
- Specialist activities : Hot Air Ballooning,
Cultural village tours, Animal tracking & Talk
CONDITIONS
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Cancellation Policy :
Cancelled 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the
full accommodation charge
Cancelled 59 - 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full accommodation
charge
Cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the full accommodation
charge
To avoid cancellation fees due to unforeseen circumstances,
Nitani highly recommend that all visitors have a valid and comprehensive
travel insurance policy.
PAYMENT
- A 50% deposit is required 10 days after a provisional
booking has been made.
- Payment is due in full 30 days prior to clients
arriving at Nitani Lodge.
- Reservations may be settled via bank transfer
or credit card. All credit card authorisations must be in writing
and signed in full by the authorised card holder.
Please note that all credit card payments are charged in South
African Rands.

- Nitani accept Visa, Master, American Express
& Diner Club Cards for all expenses incurred at the Lodge.
Regrettably no cheques are accepted for payment of extras.
CHILD POLICY
Nitani are not able to accommodate children under
12 years of age. This is in consideration of the comfort of other
clients, and as a safety precaution with the lodge being elevated
2 metres off the ground, and with 6 unfenced swimming pools.
Exceptions may be made if a group books the entire
camp and takes full risk and responsibility for accompanying children.
Children aged 12 years and above are charged the
full adult tariff.
